OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The man arrested in connection to a homicide after a body was found in South Omaha made his first appearance in court on Friday.
Cortney Hansen, 45, was formally charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm to commit a felony, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
The charge of first-degree murder could land Hansen in prison for life.
