Peanut Butter Banana High Protein Popsicles
Ingredients:
- One cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- Two servings of banana protein powder (or one serving of vanilla protein powder and one banana)
In a blender, add the ingredients and blend on high until the ingredients are completely smooth, if needed. Scrape down the sides of the blender to remove any peanut butter from the sides. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or frozen popsicle sleeves. Freeze for at least three to four hours. This recipe serves 6-8 people…
