ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The man arrested in a controversial SWAT standoff that led to the death of an Albuquerque teen is expected in front of a judge Friday.
Qiaunt Kelley is scheduled for a detention hearing Friday at 10 a.m. Prosecutors charged Kelley with murdering a man and sparking a SWAT standoff. That standoff led to a fire that killed a 15-year-old boy who was in the house with him.
