‘Elderly’ hiker air evacuated after distress call on Crosier Mountain

DENVER (KDVR) — An “elderly” hiker was rescued via air lift after a distress call on Wednesday afternoon, according to a social media post from the Loveland Fire Rescue Authority.

On Wednesday, around 2 p.m., the Loveland Emergency Communication Center received a 911 call about an elderly hiker in distress on Crosier Mountain.
