Some aging buildings near Fort Collins’ old Midtown King Soopers are getting a facelift.
CSU Shops at College, located at 2427 and 2439 S. College Ave., is in the middle of a major interior and exterior overhaul that includes the replacement of the buildings’ facades and the addition of new sidewalks, planter boxes, patio spaces and landscaping, according to property owners and brothers Jon and Collin Rue.
