HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A crowd of peopled turned out for a fundraiser at the Two Sisters Country Store in Spencer County to help support the family of Xavier Dawson, and lift some of the burden they faced.
Xavier went to school with one of the co-owner’s granddaughters, and she said she reached out to the principal to see how they could support his family. 25% of all buffet sales between 4 and 7 p.m. went to the family, along with donations collected all week.
The store will continue to collect donations throughout the weekend at the lodge…
