Police searching for suspect wanted on drug charges in Virginia

VIRGINIA — The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on multiple felony charges related to drugs and firearms.

Deputies are searching for Justin Antwan Berger, who is described as a Black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 250 pounds, with black hair that is balding on top.

According to investigators, Berger is wanted for the following charges:

  • Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I/II Controlled Substances
  • Possession of Firearms as a Convicted Felon
  • Possession of Firearms while in Possession of Schedule I/II
  • Possession of Ammunition as a Convicted Felon
  • Felony Eluding
  • Four counts of Distribution of Schedule I/II Controlled Substances
