ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Lake Avenue in Rochester has been identified as the deadliest stretch of road in New York, with 10 deadly crashes in the past five years. Now the city is furthering efforts to address this issue traffic safety.
Glenn Sutton Sr. is mourning the loss of his son, Glenn Sutton Jr., and his nephew, Nasir Anderson, who were struck by a driver on Lake Avenue in April.
