NPD says Edwin Rios, of Fairfax, was booked into Marin County Jail where he faces several charges, including stalking, burglary, and unauthorized access to a computer. Novato PD says a search of Rios’ home upturned the stolen items and an imitation firearm.
“Detectives discovered that Rios had sent a victim a photo of himself holding a semi-automatic handgun while posing with the stolen property,” said Novato PD. “He also unlawfully accessed the victim’s personal computer.”
