DALLAS, Texas — A suspect was apprehended by Dallas police officers after an armed robbery at a store on Walnut Hill Lane early Sunday morning. The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Jose Arias Cruz, was taken into custody without incident.
Officers from the Northeast division were alerted by a store clerk around 3:00 a.m. on June 22, 2025, who reported the robbery and indicated that the suspect was still inside, according to a press release from the department.
