More familiar faces join Jackson mayor’s leadership team

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson Mayor John Horhn continues to fill out his leadership, announcing several familiar names at Tuesday’s city council meeting.

The mayor announced many of his appointments last week in the days following his swearing-in ceremony.

However, on Tuesday, he told councilmembers about additional hires, including Pamela Junior, as interim Human and Cultural Services director.

Horhn also announced the appointment of Pearlean Campbell as manager of constituent services, Malcolm Johnson as a constituent services staffer, and Jamal Sibley as the mayor’s special assistant…
