NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A mound of asphalt, furniture, hair products, construction material and hundreds of tires litters the Michoud exit off I-10 in New Orleans East.
“These are eyesores and contribute to a poorer quality of life,” said Scott Boyle with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
The site is cleaner than in the past, but remains one of several trouble spots throughout the city…
