ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – People living in a Washington Avenue apartment complex say they’ve been dealing with poor living conditions for years, and now they’re being forced to move out without explanation.
“It’s not like how it used to be. It’s not even safe. I don’t even feel safe living here anymore,” said one resident.
