ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – St. Louis Metropolitan police continue to enforce stricter rules downtown.
This is after a video circulating on social media shows a man throwing fireworks into a crowd. Police know who that man is and have opened an investigation.
“If you think you’re going to go around throwing fireworks at people, and make it into a video as entertainment, you have another thing coming. That is absolutely not going to be tolerated in the city of St. Louis and shouldn’t be anywhere in this region,” said officials with SLMPD…
