COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – An apartment complex proposal in a northern Colorado Springs neighborhood has some parents concerned.
On Friday, Colorado Springs city officials confirmed they got a proposal from Blackburn Communities, LLC for an apartment complex on the corner of Voyager and Briargate Parkway. The developers reportedly want to rezone the land for residential use so they can build a six-story multifamily complex.
