NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – The Noble County Community Fair is set to start on Saturday despite a sudden shortfall this spring.
According to the Noble County Community Fair Corporation, it is still short more than $360K in funds nearly two months after former treasurer Robin Laymon was charged with theft for allegedly embezzling from the board’s account.
