MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office says an Albertville man has been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of a man near Asbury Monday.
MCSO said Rafael Comacho Jr., 28, of Albertville, was arrested and charged with murder in the death of Millard Jerry Anderson.

On July 7, Anderson was found dead at his residence on Brothers Road with a gunshot wound to the head, according to the sheriff’s office.
