INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Marion County Public Health Department is launching a new online resource that offers a stress-free and judgment-free path to improving mental wellness, according to a news release.
CredibleMind, available at marionhealth.crediblemind.com, is a confidential, web-based mental health program available any time of day that helps people understand their own mental health. Signing up for the program gives users access to a mental health assessment and a library of thousands of online resources, including expert-reviewed videos, podcasts, apps, books, and articles all in one location.
“Learning more about our mental wellness is so important to understanding how we feel and what causes these feelings,” said Virginia A. Caine, M.D., director of the Marion County Public Health Department. “CredibleMind is a free tool for our community and anyone who wants to take a positive step forward in their mental wellbeing.
