MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A former Memphis Police officer is facing possible decertification after he was accused of fondling a 15-year-old girl who was riding in his patrol car last year.
Aly Bah, who was hired by MPD in 2001 and resigned March 21 of this year, will face a hearing July 17 before the Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Commission, a state certification board.
