CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A 12-year-old, a 13-year-old, and a 14-year-old were caught stealing a car in Bowie, according to Charles County Sheriff’s Office officials.
Just before 3:30 a.m. on July 9, patrol officers responded to a report of several juveniles allegedly breaking into cars in an apartment complex parking lot on the 2100 block of Crain Highway.
