GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Officials with the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office arrested an individual for breaking into multiple vehicles and stealing a firearm.
On Tuesday, July 1, officials with the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Rouse Road regarding multiple vehicle break-ins. After investigation, it was discovered that the suspect identified was already on probation for other crimes.
On Tuesday, July 8, officers from the N.C. Department of Adult Correction, Division of Community Supervision, and the Gun and Gang Unit searched a residence on Britlyn Lane in Greenville. Cody Eugene McDaniel, 22, of Hampstead, was seen leaving the home with a firearm once officers arrived…
