HOUSTON (KIAH) – A Houston man, Lovell Glen, is facing new charges of super aggravated sexual assault of a child and was labeled a “true habitual offender” by prosecutors during a court appearance.
Officials allege Glen sexually abused a 4-year-old boy last fall and also inappropriately touched the boy’s twin brother, though no charge has been filed in the second case.
