Charcuterie Shop Opening Soon in Downtown Loveland

A new gourmet charcuterie business, Graze Craze, is preparing to open its doors this summer in downtown Loveland at 610 N. Cleveland Ave, according to NoCo Style. It will be on the ground floor of The Collection, a luxury condominium building between Lincoln and Cleveland avenues.

Franchise owners Emily Luth and Therese Cinotto are behind the venture, which marks the brand’s first location in Northern Colorado. They are currently in the construction phase and anticipate opening by the end of August, pending final inspections, the brand told What Now Denver. The team plans to hire one to two part-time “Grazologists”.

Graze Craze specializes in customizable charcuterie boards, picnic boxes, and grab-and-go lunches for events and everyday occasions, its website shows. The Loveland storefront will include a small lobby for ordering, tastings, and pickup. Delivery will also be available…
