LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — For hours, Boulder City neighbors debated whether each story of a bad dog prompted a change in leash policy—officials decided to roll it over.
During a Tuesday Boulder City Council meeting, city staff presented information about additional options for dog recreation in Boulder City. The presentation was requested by the city council in February.
