Tucson native talks about devastation from Texas flooding

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – It’s been a week since the devastating floods ravaged the Texas Hill Country and killed more than 120 people.

13 News spoke with Jordan Aspen, a native Tucsonan who lives in Kerr County right near the Guadalupe River.

“Imagine you are living in a house across the street from the wash. And then you wake up in the middle of the night to get up and go to the bathroom, and your feet are wet,” Aspen said. “That’s what it was like.”
