FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries after their vehicle went down an embankment and rolled several times on a Fresno highway Thursday night, the California Highway Patrol said.
It happened just before midnight on Thursday. CHP responded to a solo crash on southbound Highway 41 approaching the transition to southbound Highway 99.
CHP said the driver of a Toyota was traveling at a high rate of speed. That’s when the driver veered left and went down the embankment, causing it to roll over several times. It came to rest on the northbound side of the freeway.
