Alachua Police Department (APD) officers arrested Paul Christopher Allan, 41, early Wednesday morning and charged him with battery, property damage, and resisting an officer without violence.
According to the arrest report, employees at the Circle K/Wendy’s in Alachua called police at 12:53 a.m. to report Allan’s behavior at the store.
Two employees told officers that Allan entered the store, irritated over the fuel pump not working to his liking.
