RUSCOMBMANOR, Pa. – State police have confirmed a fatal car crash in Berks County on Saturday afternoon.
Berks County officials said a call came in around 1:07 p.m. on Saturday for a multi-vehicle crash in the area of Fraser and Blandon roads in Ruscombmanor Township.
