March Air Reserve Base Gets $3.27 Million for Infrastructure Improvements

RIVERSIDE (CNS) – March Air Reserve Base is receiving $3.27 million in grant funding from the Federal Aviation Administration to bolster aviation infrastructure, officials announced Wednesday.

The funding comes through the Airport Improvement Program, which invests in projects such as runways, taxiways, noise cancellation, airport signage, airport lighting and airport markings.

The March Air Reserve Base project will reconstruct 13,950 square yards of the existing Golf Apron pavement that has reached the end of its useful life.
