Exact day California ‘heat illness’ warning ends as millions told ‘seek shelter’

The National Weather Service (NWS) released an updated heat advisory at 7:15 a.m. on Friday, effective from 11 a.m. on Friday until 11 p.m. on Tuesday in California.

The advisory warns that certain areas will experience high heat and humidity for those four days and 12 hours, and it’s important for California residents to take precautions.

“High temperatures up to 105 degrees expected,” the National Weather Service stated. “Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses”.
