BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Applications are being taken for a program that allows certain homeowners to get help paying for a roof repair or roof replacement.
The program is called the Louisiana Blue Tarp Program and is being handled by the Louisiana Housing Corporation. The financial assistance comes in the form of grants.
Applications are being taken from residents in East Baton Rouge Parish, Ascension Parish, Iberville Parish, Pointe Coupee Parish, and West Feliciana Parish.
