Laurel Run Swim Association, 3500 Willow Grove Ave. Reading, July 5. Pass. Food employees observed in kitchen not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers. Food dispensing utensil observed stored in the ice and not with handle above the top of the food. Manager holds a Food Handler certification instead of a Food Manager certification as required. Screen torn at outside door potentially allowing pests into kitchen area. Wall between hot dog roller and air conditioner has paint breakdown that may contaminate food.
