I was driving up Forest Avenue during the late afternoon rush the other day, coming back from the bank after picking up some cash.
Never mind that it took me nearly 50 minutes to travel from Stapleton to Port Richmond and back again. Shame on me for hitting the road at 4:45 p.m. to run my errand.
