LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – This week marks a harrowing anniversary on the South Plains, the death of Lubbock County SWAT Commander Joshua Bartlett.
Sergeant Bartlett was shot and killed during a standoff in Levelland on July 15, 2021.
