MILWAUKEE — The shooting death of a four-year-old last week is being investigated as a homicide.
The boy’s own father, 35-year-old Ralph Taylor of Milwaukee is accused of shooting and killing him with a gunshot to the head on July 10.
According to a criminal complaint, the four-year-old was found in a pool of blood inside a third-floor bedroom with Taylor at their home on 75th St. near Brown Deer Rd. around 9:35 p.m…
