TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Border Patrol’s search, trauma, and rescue (BORSTAR) agents from Tucson have been dispatched to Texas to provide assistance in the ongoing flood disaster.
The highly trained unit specializes in emergency search and rescue, tactical medicine, and disaster response across the country.
