Clinton man found safe after Silver Alert issued

CLINTON, Tenn. (WATE) — A Clinton man was found safe after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a silver alert for him.

Around noon Monday, TBI announced that he had been found safe.

Knoxville police ask for information after reports of shots fired in from SUV

Norman Lindamood, 72, was last seen in Clinton on Sunday, and is believed to be on foot, the TBI said early Monday morning. He is six feet tall and weighs about 215 pounds. He is bald and has hazel eyes.

The TBI asked people with information to contact them at 1-800-TBI-FIND or the Clinton Police Department at 865-457-3112.
