BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A celebration of life was held for St. Gabriel Police Capt. Devin Boutte, 34, on Saturday, July 12, at the St. Gabriel Community Center.
At the service held for Capt. Boutte, St. Gabriel PD, said his K9 officer did not respond when commanded by temporary handler Officer K. Grace. Instead, the K9 chose to remain by Boutte’s side.
