A change is coming to an Amarillo restaurant. A name change at that. Just when you think everything is status quo, something like this happens. You would think that a restaurant that has been a part of the Amarillo community would be safe after five years.
Why the Name Change?
It seems that is not the case. Which is where the name change has come from. When they first opened in Amarillo, they were Mariscos El Big Boy. They were a food truck, and then they got a permanent location on Sixth.

They even had talks of getting a second location on Paramount. Even went as far as painting their logo on the building. After talking to them, they don’t know if this new location is going to happen…
