EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A child was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries on Monday, July 14, after an apparent near-drowning at an apartment complex in Northeast El Paso, according to a spokesperson with the El Paso Fire Department.
The spokesperson said the call came in just before 12 p.m. on Monday at the 9400 block of Diana in reference to a child drowning in a bathtub.
