OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Wednesday is a First Alert 6 Weather Day with two rounds of storms possible. The first line of storms will likely form after midnight Tuesday heading into early Wednesday morning. A second round may develop Wednesday afternoon and evening, all dependant on how well the atmosphere recharges during the day.
All types of severe weather are possible on Wednesday. The highest risk will likely be northwest of our area where the storms develop. There is a 2/5 isolated risk in the far northwest counties of our viewing area, with a 1/5 risk for all areas shaded in green, including the metro.
