BOSSIER CITY, La. – Get ready for some high flying fun as Visit Shreveport-Bossier launches the 2025 Delta Utilities Red River Balloon Rally. It is set for Friday and Saturday at Louisiana Downs Racetrack and Casino in Bossier City.
The event will feature the Louisiana Ballooning State Championship with more than 20 of the best balloon pilots in the country competing against each other, as well as a festival that will include balloon glows, live local bands, tethered balloon rides (weather permitting), kids’ fun zone, craft vendors and much more. Friday will feature live performances by Reputation, A Taylor Swift Tribute Band. Saturday’s performances include Selena by Amanda Solis. A fireworks display will cap off each night.
