HOLLYWOOD, S.C. (WCIV) — Local law enforcement is attempting to procure leads in a deadly hit-and-run that transpired over the weekend in the Hollywood area, according to a news release from the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
Shortly after midnight on Saturday, July 12, deputies received a call that a man was lying in the roadway near the 5300 block of Cherry Hill Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Charleston County Coroner’s Office.
