Dover, Tenn.–Stewart County just got a little more safer as the last of four cameras were installed and are up and running. The Stewart County Sheriff’s Office and Cumberland City Police Department now have real time access to these cameras, according to Sheriff Frankie Gray. The Sheriff’s Office is working to allow the Dover Police Department to also have access to the camera’s. These cameras will send alerts to law enforcement of a stolen vehicle, wanted suspect in a vehicle, child abduction, missing person, etc. Vehicles wanted by other jurisdiction can be detected if that jurisdiction enters them into the Flock System.
