LG&E’s $3.7 billion proposal to support data centers concerns residents, ratepayers

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – LG&E/KU is looking to grow its operations in the commonwealth in preparation for future energy needs.

Company officials are planning to build two power-generating units: one at the Brown Generating Station in Mercer County, and another at the Mill Creek Generating Station in Southwest Louisville.
