MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis police arrested a man accused in a shooting on July 4 in Orange Mound.
The shooting happened outside the Park Avenue Market, located on Park between Lewis-Davis Park and Semmes Street. One man was rushed to the hospital.
