Irvine, CA — Mountain Mike’s Pizza, a family-style pizza chain with over 45 years of history, is expanding its Texas franchise footprint with a new restaurant in McKinney, Collin County. This marks the brand’s 11th location in Texas.
The McKinney restaurant is owned and operated by local franchisees Hector Haget and Khris Tate. The pair also plan to open another Mountain Mike’s Pizza in nearby Prosper, Texas, in 2026.
