NOBLE, Okla. (KFOR) — A man from Noble was arrested in St. Louis, Missouri, and is facing over a dozen animal cruelty charges.
St. Louis prosecutors charged 38-year-old Robert Peters on Saturday with 16 counts of animal abuse, nine of them being felonies.
On Friday, Peters showed up at a St. Louis crematorium, asking to cremate four dogs. While it’s not uncommon to request a pet to be cremated, staff said it was unusual to show up with that many at the same time, they became suspicious and called the police.
