Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Rockford extends temporarily closure after floods

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Rockford, which announced a temporary closure following last week’s floods, has announced it is extending that closure for additional repairs.

According to the attraction, 7820 Cherryvale N Blvd, expects to reopen on Monday, July 21st, 2025.

“As we work diligently to restore the park after the recent storms, Hurricane Harbor Rockford will remain closed,” the park posted on Facebook
