BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty in connection with kidnapping a woman at gunpoint and then shooting another man during a crime spree last September, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday.
Rashaan Mallory, 30, admitted to kidnapping the woman on Moselle Street on Sept. 15, 2024. Mallory drove the victim around for about an hour before stopping the car at a parking lot on Koons Avenue and walking to Emerson Park.
Mallory further admitted to attempting to rob two victims at the park during a youth football game, which resulted in him shooting a 31-year-old Rochester man. After the shooting, he tried to flee police but crashed into a street sign near Koons and Sycamore Street…
